Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prism Lab from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your purchase, handling, or use of products
- Combination with other substances
- Third-party use
- Violation of laws or these terms
No Warranty
Products are sold “as is” for research use only. We warrant only that products meet stated specifications at delivery.
No implied warranties are provided, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or suitability for specific experiments.
No Resale or Distribution
Products are for end use by the purchasing researcher or institution only. Resale, redistribution, rebranding, or diversion to consumer use is strictly prohibited.
Age Confirmation
You must be 18 years or older (or legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and possess these materials. Orders may be canceled if this condition is not met.
Safety and Disposal
