1. Scope of Supply & Research Use Only

Prism Labs supplies research-grade chemical compounds exclusively for laboratory investigation and educational applications. All materials are designated for in vitro research purposes only and are not approved, intended, or suitable for human or veterinary administration, therapeutic application, or consumption. Products shall not be used for self-experimentation or administered to any living organism. Product literature and technical data are provided for research reference only.

2. Purchaser Qualifications & Regulatory Compliance

By placing an order, the purchaser certifies that they are 18 years of age or older, possess legal authority to acquire and handle the specified compounds within their jurisdiction, and will use all materials exclusively for approved research purposes. The purchaser agrees to maintain full compliance with applicable local, national, and international regulations.

Prism Labs assumes no liability for compound misuse, unauthorized distribution, or regulatory violations.

3. Order Processing & Institutional Authentication

A minimum order value of $140 AUD applies to all transactions. Orders submitted below this threshold will not be accepted or processed. Prism Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not meet this requirement, regardless of payment status, and to issue a full refund where applicable.

All order information must be accurate and complete. Payment processing is conducted through verified third-party secure systems. Submission of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to review and formal acceptance by Prism Labs. Prism Labs retains authority to request institutional verification documentation at any stage of order fulfillment, including but not limited to institutional email credentials, official purchase authorization, research faculty identification, or laboratory registration certificates.

Orders may be declined or cancelled for compliance, verification, inventory, or security reasons. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in order cancellation without refund.

4. Shipping Logistics & Import Compliance

Products ship from designated global distribution facilities. Quoted delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk transfer to the purchaser upon dispatch.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for import authorization, customs clearance, duty payment, and regulatory compliance within the destination jurisdiction. Prism Labs is not responsible for customs delays, product seizure, shipment rejection, or related fees. No refunds are issued for customs-related issues.

5. Product Returns & Refund Policy

All transactions are final upon completion. Due to the specialized nature of research compounds, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

In cases of verified shipping damage or order error, purchasers must submit photographic evidence and tracking documentation within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement products may be issued at the sole discretion of Prism Labs. Orders cancelled due to verification failure or Terms violation are not eligible for refund.

6. Promotional Codes & Account Access

Promotional pricing and discount codes are subject to modification or withdrawal without notice. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be applied per transaction. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and all activities conducted under their account.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All website content, including technical documentation, visual assets, branding elements, and digital design, remains the exclusive property of Prism Labs or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Purchaser Indemnification

Prism Labs disclaims liability for improper handling or storage of compounds, research outcomes, experimental results, logistics delays, shipment loss, customs intervention, and platform errors or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the documented purchase value. Purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prism Labs, its employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, or damages arising from product use, website access, or violation of these Terms.

9. Data Handling & Governing Law

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts within the jurisdiction of Prism Labs’ primary operations.

10. Terms Modification & Support Contact

Prism Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
